Velvet Vault offers nationwide delivery throughout South Africa.

Shipping Fees

• Standard delivery: R100 per order.

• FREE delivery when purchasing 2 or more products in a single order.

• The free delivery offer applies automatically to qualifying orders.

Delivery Timeframes

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 10–14 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Although we aim to deliver within 10–14 business days, unforeseen supplier, customs or courier delays may occasionally occur.

If your order is delayed, we will communicate with you and provide updates where possible. Your rights under applicable South African consumer law remain unaffected.
